Small Medium Large (SML) is a curated outdoor film series and event that showcases work by filmmakers from Brooklyn and beyond.

Ages: 5 and up
Animated and live action features for kids and families plus flip book animation sessions and "Choose your Own Adventure" Live Silent Filmmaking sessions. Film program includes Larry (directed by Pierre Bennu) and Hic! A Door Opens in Brooklyn USA (directed by Koyalee).

Medium

Ages: High School and Young Adult
Screenings of films by and about teenagers followed by a discussion with filmmakers, conflict mediators, teen activists, and other community leaders. Film program includes Micro-Credit: A revolution that will ease the burden of the world's poor (directed by Omar Khan) and Bodega Down Bronx (directed by students from New Settlement’s Bronx Helpers and the Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP) teaching artist Jonathan Bogarín).

Large

Ages: Adult
Curated by Michelle Materre and Neyda Martinez of Creatively Speaking, "Large" includes a discussion with filmmakers and curators, a wine and cheese reception, and pre-screening video "remixes" by Past Forward. Film program includes Weekends in Brooklyn (directed by David Canady), After Life (set in Harlem) (directed by Lana Garland), and K(no)w De:tales (directed by kAaRAMUU KUSH).

Note: Films contain adult themes and some nudity.
